Our Guarantee

Every product we sell has been carefully handpicked and tested. We stand behind everything we sell. If you feel a purchase has not lived up to your expectations or you are unhappy with it for any reason, feel free to return it within 30 days for a prompt refund of the product price, replacement, or exchange.
The only exceptions to this policy are:

We cannot accept returns on homeopathic items due to the sensitive nature of these products.
We will give refunds for the unused portion of consumable items.
We cannot give refunds for special orders.

How to Return an Item

Please include your invoice in the package you are returning. If you no longer have the invoice, include a slip with your name on it and let us know if you would like to be credited for the returned item or if you would prefer an exchange. Send the package securely wrapped, insured, and postage paid to:

Security Measures

Ordering from our site is as secure as ordering from our catalog or using your credit card at a favorite local merchant or restaurant. Please be confident that when you shop with us online, every security step has been taken to be sure your transaction is protected, secure and worry free.

Something else every online shopper should know is that customer protection laws protect you against any unauthorized use of your credit card. Federal law dictates that your legal liability is limited to $50 if your credit card number is used without your permission. If you suspect any illegal use of your card, call your issuing bank immediately to make sure your rights are protected.

Flat Shipping Rates. Buy as much as you like - the ground shipping rate will be the same - $7.95!

We ship all in-stock items within one working day of receiving your order. Default shipping is UPS ground service. Three day, two day, and next day UPS services are also available. See the chart below.

All shipping delivery quotes count business days only.
Flat rates do not apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or orders outside the U.S.A. These will be based on actual charges. We will call and confirm rates before shipping.
Occasionally an item may be back-ordered which will cause a delay. We will notify you of any delay over 10 days unless otherwise instructed.

Gift Certificates

We are happy to issue Gift Certificates in any denomination. Please call one of our customer service representatives at 800-825-9120, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday, Mountain Time. We'll send the recipient a certificate along with a copy of our current catalog.
