Every product we sell has been carefully handpicked and tested. We stand
behind everything we sell. If you feel a purchase has not lived up to your
expectations or you are unhappy with it for any reason, feel free to
return it within 30 days for a prompt refund of the product price,
replacement, or exchange.
The only exceptions to this policy are:
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
- We cannot accept returns on homeopathic items due to the sensitive
nature of these products.
- We will give refunds for the unused portion of consumable items.
- We cannot give refunds for special orders.
How to Return an Item
Please include your invoice in the package you are returning.
If you no longer have the invoice, include
a slip with your name on it and let us know
if you would like to be credited for the returned item or if you
would prefer an exchange. Send the package securely wrapped,
insured, and postage paid to:
