behind everything we sell. If you feel a purchase has not lived up to your
expectations or you are unhappy with it for any reason, feel free to
return it within 30 days for a prompt refund of the product price,
replacement, or exchange.
The only exceptions to this policy are:
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
- We cannot give refunds for special orders.
How to Return an Item
Please include your invoice in the package you are returning. If you no longer have the invoice, include a slip with your name on it and let us know if you would like to be credited for the returned item or if you would prefer an exchange. Flat Rate UPS ground shipping, only $6.95.We ship all in-stock items within one working day of receiving your order. Default shipping is UPS ground service. Three day, two day, and next day UPS services are also available. See the chart below.
